At Valuecrate, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.
1. Returns & Exchanges Due to Our Error (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item)
We will gladly accept returns and cover all associated costs if you receive a product that is:
· Damaged upon arrival.
· Defective (faulty and not working as intended).
· Incorrect (not what you ordered).
What to do:
· Contact our support team at valuecrate52@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
· Provide your order number and clear photos or a video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
· Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or instructions and process a replacement or refund immediately.
2. Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our low-cost, directly sourced products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or simple dislike.
We encourage you to read the product descriptions and view the images carefully before ordering. Because we work with a network of suppliers to offer the best prices, accepting these returns is not financially viable.
3. Eligibility Criteria for All Returns
To be eligible for a return (where applicable), the item must be:
· In its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
· In the same state as you received it.
· Accompanied by your original order number.
4. Refunds
· Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
· Deductions: Please note, if a return is accepted for a non-error reason (which is rare), the cost of original and return shipping will be non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons:
· Customized or personalized products.
· Items that are intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., cosmetics, health items).
· Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if opened.
6. How to Initiate a Return

2. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the correct return address. Please note that this may be an international address, as our suppliers are located globally.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Valuecrate is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the provided tracking information confirms delivery to your address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure at the time of purchase.
