However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free. · Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

· Order Acceptance: Each order you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may confirm this acceptance by sending you an email confirming the order has been dispatched.

· Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

· Delivery: Estimated delivery times within South Africa are 8 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Valuecrate is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

· Title and Risk: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Valuecrate pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
