How to Check Your Order Status

· This email will contain your unique tracking number.

· It will also include a direct link to the tracking page where you can see the real-time status of your delivery.

2. What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Tracking Email

· Please Wait 1-3 Business Days: Remember, we need 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped and the tracking number is generated.

· Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, our emails can be mistakenly filtered. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders for an email from valuecrate52@gmail.com.

· Still Can't Find It? If it has been more than 3 business days and you've checked your spam folder, please contact us.

3. Understanding Your Tracking Information

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive the tracking number. Please be patient as the package is scanned into the logistics network.
